Tackling loneliness & Isolation - Phillip Smith, CEP of NTFC Community Trust. Phill will be talking about NTFC’s community projects which aim to increase physical activity, help people make lifestyle changes for fitness and health, mental health linked projects, activities for older adults to reduce social isolation and loneliness.
